I picked up a 12 volt DC hand vac at Walgreens for under $20. I keep it in the trunk of my car so the moisture on the boat doesn't reck it. It plugs into the accessories outlet. It does a great job of cleaning up after a quick meal or a quick repair. I went to their website and I did not find them listed but I did notice that they have a selection of 12 Volt DC coolers. So it is possible that the hand vacs are a store only item. I've owned several battery operated hand vacs and none of them compare to this one. It has plenty of power and even comes with a snoot for vaccuuming up small water spills. (I have not tried that feature out yet.)
It also works great in the car too!
